ICH Courier Vol. 13 update
The thirteenth issue of the ICH Courier opens with a recap of the First South-East Asia Sub-regional Network Meeting on the Safeguarding of ICH. The meeting was held in Jakarta, Indonesia, from 10 to 12 September 2012. It provided participants with an opportunity to discuss issues for ICH safeguarding of the region
Windows to ICH provides an introduction to examples of ICH practices from countries throughout the Asia-Pacific region in relation to a specific theme. 
The Field Report section of the ICH Courier takes a more in-depth look into specific issues regarding ICH. This issue focuses on the eleventh Festival of Pacific Arts in the Solomon Islands. The festival was a venue to share and interact with the uniqueness and diversity of Pacific cultures and traditions in the context of a changing Pacific.
